How do I use the text to speech reply on RingCentral for Windows?
The
Text to Speech
reply feature of the RingCentral Desktop (Windows) allows you to respond to a call as a voice prompt. This article will guide you in using the Text to Speech reply feature of the RingCentral for Windows.
Log in to your RingCentral for Desktop app.
NOTE:
Make sure you enter the correct extension number.
Once you have logged in, you are ready to take in calls.
IMPORTANT:
Ensure that DND is not enabled and you are expecting calls while your extension is within hours of operation.
While your RingCentral for Desktop app is ringing, click
Reply with Message
.
Select from any of the templates or you can enter a Custom Message then click Send.
