RingCentral Phone - Save Messages to Your Computer

How do I save my messages on the RingCentral Phone to my computer? With the

RingCentral Phone for Desktop

you may save your messages (Voicemail and Fax) to your computer.

1. Launch and log in to the RingCentral Phone.

2. Click the Messages
icon.

3. Click the Voice
or Fax
tab.

4. Select the voicemail or fax message you want to save.

5. Click the Save
icon.

6. Select which location you want to save the file.

7. A notification will appear that you have successfully saved the message.

NOTE:
Voicemail messages are saved as .mp3
and faxes are saved as .pdf
.
