Generating a RingCentral Meetings Webinar report

RingCentral Meetings Webinar is an add-on for RingCentral Meetings that lets you host virtual events and online training with up to 3,000 attendees, joining from desktop, tablet, and smart devices. RingCentral Meetings Webinar reporting allows you to generate reports for specific Webinars.

Note: RingCentral Meetings Webinar details are stored for up to six months. You may generate a report for webinars up to six months back.

Generating a Webinar report

  1. Click
    Reports > Meetings Reports
    .
  2. Click
    Webinar
    .
  3. Select
    Report Type
    . You may select from the following:

    • Registration Report
      : Displays a list of registrants and their registration details.
    • Attendee Report
      : Displays details about each attendee.
    • Performance Report
      : Displays engagement statistics on registration, attendance, and feedback.
    • Q&A Report
      : Displays questions and answers from the webinar.
    • Poll Report
      : Displays each attendee’s poll result.

    Note: The Attendee Report, Performance Report, Q&A Report, and Poll Report are available after the webinar has ended.

  4. Choose a webinar. You may filter by date or search by Webinar ID. Tick the box beside the webinar you want to generate a report.

  5. Select the webinar for which you want a report, then click
    Generate CSV Report
    to generate and download a copy of the report.
  6. Note: For licensed standard users, you can generate CSV reports without Super Admin privileges by navigating to
    More > Meetings > Meetings Report
    . Click the "
    REPORTS
    " from
    Reports > Usage Reports > Active Hosts
    . From there, choose a Webinar filter, similar to the Super Admin's procedure above.
