This article provides the steps on how to add the premium conference dial-in numbers on the RingCentral online account.

**RingCentral Audio Conferencing** offers **Premium Dial-in numbers** that allow customers to purchase a toll-free or an international number for a conference bridge that can be associated with their account.

Pricing and Billing
-------------------

The price for both toll-free or local Premium Dial-in Numbers is based on the current International Number pricing. Calls to Premium Conference numbers are metered and usage is billed to the User.

Limitations
-----------

Purchased Premium Conference numbers can only be deleted or changed, it cannot be converted to an International Number.

Adding a premium conference dial-in number
------------------------------------------

Users in the following countries can add the Premium Conference Dial-in Number on their **RingCentral Online account** :

* Australia
* France
* Mexico
* Netherlands
* New Zealand
* Poland
* Romania
* Switzerland
* United Kingdom

* [Log in to the RingCentral Online account](https://login.ringcentral.com/sw.html?#/enterCredential "") .
* On the **Admin Portal** , go to **Phone System** \> **Phone Numbers** .
* Click **Company** \> **Add Number** .
* Under **Location** , select a country that can add the Premium Conference Dial-in Number on their RingCentral Online account.
* Select [Toll-Free Number](#Premium-Audio-Conferencing-Numbers_TollFree "") or [Local Number](#Premium-Audio-Conferencing-Numbers_International "") under **Number type** .

Adding a Toll-Free Premium Conference Dial-in Number
----------------------------------------------------

* Select your preferred prefix, then a number from the list. Click **Add Numbers** .
* Click **Next** .
* Select **RingCentral Audio Conferencing** , then click **Next** .
* Review your order. Click the checkbox beside the acknowledgment statement to confirm that you understand and accept the terms. Click **Next** .
* Click **Done** .

Adding a Country's Local Number for Premium Conference Dial-in Number
---------------------------------------------------------------------

* Under **Number type** , select **Local Number** . Select a number from the list, then click **Add Numbers** .
* Click **Next** .
* Select **RingCentral Audio Conferencing** , then click **Next** .
* Review your order. Click the checkbox beside the acknowledgment statement to confirm that you understand and accept the terms. Click **Next** .
* Click **Done** .

Adding the Premium Conference Dial-in Number in an invitation
-------------------------------------------------------------

The added Premium Conference Dial-in Number appears as a Conference number on the **Phone System \> Phone Numbers \> Company** tab.

Once the number has been added, you can create a conference right from your RingCentral Online account.

* Click the **Conference** button located in the upper right corner of the Online account.
* Click **Select** below **International Dial-In Numbers** .
* Select the Premium Dial-in Number from the list, then click **Done** .
* Click **Invite with Email** .
* Compose the email, then send.

The Premium Dial-in Number is automatically added to the email invitation.
