* The Busy Lamp Field (BLF) feature shows who's using the individual phones within a single PBX or Key system. BLF is used for routing incoming calls.
* Eliminates the need to consult with colleagues about their availability.
* Lets you transfer a call directly to voicemail if you see that a coworker is unavailable.
* Lets admins answer executives' calls when necessary.
* Enables quick routing of incoming calls.
* Reduces hold time and hang-ups.
* Lets you route customers directly to the relevant party instead of transferring between extensions.
* Integrates with caller ID.
* Admins can set and adjust the status for other users.
