Creating a group chat in the RingCentral mobile app

There may be times in which it is necessary to start a group chat with two or more people. As we discussed in Intro to Message in the RingCentral app, groups and teams are similar in that they act as a conversation among a group of people. However, groups do not have the same permanence as a team and act more like a direct message among two or more people.
Creating a group chat for mobile
To create a group chat in the RingCentral mobile app, follow these steps:
1. Click on the new actions plus button in the bottom right-hand corner
2. Select New message from the menu
3. In the To field, enter two or more names or email addresses separated by a space
4. Tap Next at top right
The group message will open in the app, and you will find that group message under the Direct tab in the Message menu. Group conversations are labeled with the names of each member in the group, listed in alphabetical order.
