You can download the RingCentral app on your desktop and mobile device. The desktop app is available to download on either your Mac or PC.
Note: If you’re an account administrator and would like to install and deploy this app across all machines in your company, visit Download and Install .MSI File on Windows.
Downloading and installing the app on your computer
Downloading and installing the app for Windows
1. Navigate to the RingCentral downloads page.
2. In the RingCentral App column, select the download link for Windows.
3. Select the downloaded file to Run the installation file.
Downloading and installing the app for Mac
1. Navigate to the RingCentral downloads page.
2. In the RingCentral App column, select the download link for Mac.
3. Open the installer package.
4. For users, select Install for me only.
For admins, select Install for all users of this computer and then click Continue.
5. Select Install.
6. Verify that the application has been placed in the Applications folder.
