Introduction to the RingCentral app

RingCentral Video Overview

RingCentral Video gives you the power to video conference with face-to-face meetings and enables you to share your desktops or documents with anyone, anywhere, at any time. You can use RingCentral Video via your web browser or the RingCentral desktop or mobile app to start, schedule, and join meetings. 
 
RingCentral Video can be found via the Video menu option on the RingCentral app. From there, you can start, schedule, and join meetings directly via the Meetings page under the Video Meetings section.
 
Once you’ve joined a meeting, you can use video meeting attendee tools to configure your audio, turn your video on and off, share your screen, and chat directly within the meeting. 
 
If you’re the host of a meeting, you have access to controls such as recording meetings, managing participants, muting another person’s mic, using security features to keep meetings secure, and more.

  • Joining a meeting from your desktop, web browser, or mobile device at any time
