This article provides instructions on how you can find the meeting ID of each of your RingCentral meetings.
A meeting ID is a code that participants can use to join RingCentral meetings. You can give the code to other participants who you want in the meeting without having to invite them via calendar.
Locating the meeting ID during a meeting
During an ongoing meeting, the meeting ID is located at the bottom left corner of your meeting window. You can copy the meeting link by clicking on the meeting ID. You can provide this to anyone you’d like to invite to your meeting.
Locating the meeting ID for an upcoming meeting
You can find the meeting ID for upcoming meetings by Navigating to Settings via the left-hand navigation bar, and then checking the meeting ID under the meeting topic.
