This article provides information on how to share the meeting link of a RingCentral meeting.
You can easily copy the meeting link and share it with your meeting attendees. Please note that participants who join the meeting by clicking the shared link can join automatically without the meeting password. People with a meeting link can join the meeting by simply pasting the meeting URL onto a browser and pressing enter.
Copying the meeting link in the RingCentral app
To copy the meeting link for a meeting, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Video via the left-hand navigation bar.
2. Hover your mouse over the scheduled meeting.
3. Click on the More icon at far right of the scheduled meeting.
4. Select Copy meeting link.
5. Share the meeting link with the desired user(s).
Copying the meeting link during a meeting
While in a meeting, click the meeting ID in the lower-left corner of the meeting window. This will copy the meeting link to your clipboard, where you can share the meeting link to any desired user(s).
