This article provides information on how to share your screen during a meeting with RingCentral Video. You can easily present during a meeting by sharing your screen with a click of a button.
Sharing your screen in a RingCentral Video meeting
To start sharing your screen during a meeting, follow these steps:
1. Click on the Share button via the bottom menu bar
2. In the Choose what to share modal window, select which screen you want to share. You can share your entire screen or any of the application tabs you have open
3. Click Share
4. Click Stop share to stop screen sharing
