If you’d like to uninstall your existing RingCentral Video or RingCentral Meetings Outlook add-in extension, you can do so at any time via the Outlook desktop or web app.
Uninstalling RingCentral Video or Meetings Outlook add-ins
To uninstall the RingCentral Video or Meetings Outlook add-ins, follow these steps:
1. Open the Outlook desktop or web app
2. If you’re using the new Outlook UI, click the ellipsis icon in the top bar, then select Get Add-Ins
OR
If you’re using the old Outlook UI, click Get Add-Ins at the top of the app
OR
If you’re using the old Outlook UI, click Get Add-Ins at the top of the app
3. Select My add-ins from the left panel
4. Search for RingCentral Video for Outlook (for RingCentral Video) or RingCentral (for RingCentral Meetings)
4. Click the three-dot icon in the lower right-hand corner of the add-in you’d like to uninstall
5. Click Remove from the popup menu to uninstall that add-in
