You can export a customer’s identity and have the customer information emailed to you.
Navigate to the
Inbox
or
Routing mode
via the left nav bar.
Select a message from the left pane.
Open the
Customer information
window.
Click on the
More
icon at far right.
Select
Export
from the dropdown menu.
