Engage Digital | Sending or receiving images or files to or from a customer

Certain channels restrict the ability to send or view files of certain types:
Google Business Messages: When an agent replies to a customer on a Google Business Messages channel, they can send an image. The type of supported images are JPEG, JPG, and PNG formats with a max attachment size of 5MB.
Engage Messaging: An agent or customer cannot send SVG or WEBP files on this channel. SVG files that were previously uploaded to this channel may not be viewed and may only be downloaded.
