Sending meeting feedback at the end of a meeting
At the end of the meeting, a prompt for feedback appears.
- Tap your corresponding rating.
- Select the category of the issue you have encountered.
- Tap the box below Feedback, then enter the text to describe the issue further.
- Tap Submit.
Sending meeting feedback at any time from Rooms settings
- In the RingCentral Rooms app, navigate to the Settings tab on the left navigation bar.
- Click Send feedback to RingCentral.
- Type your feedback in the box provided.
- Click Submit.
