Navigating the Video interface in the RingCentral app for desktop and web

RingCentral App for Desktop: Video Meetings Basics
The Video interface is your hub for starting, scheduling, and joining meetings. You can also connect your Microsoft or Google calendars to your RingCentral account via the Video interface. Once connected, you’ll see your scheduled meetings on these calendars.
You can access the Video interface by clicking Video in the left navigation bar.
The Video interface is divided into two panes:
- The left pane contains your main navigation tabs.
- The right pane contains the Video’s main features..
Video meetings
The Video Meetings section in the left pane contains the following tabs:
- Upcoming meetings: Acts as the homepage for the Video interface. Here, you can start, schedule, and join meetings. If you’ve connected your calendar to your RingCentral account, you’ll also see your current and upcoming meetings for the next few days.
- Past meetings: View your past meetings. You can also view your past meetings’ details and recordings (if the meeting was recorded) by clicking on the meeting.
Recordings for RingCentral Video
You can access your meeting recordings via the Recordings section in the left pane, which contains the following tabs:
- All recordings: A list of recordings you’ve made and recordings that have been shared with you.
- My recordings: A list of the recordings you’ve made.
- Shared with me: A list of the recordings shared with you.
Recordings for RingCentral Meetings
You can access your meeting recordings via the Recordings section in the left pane, which contains the following tabs:
- Cloud recordings: Clicking this will open your RingCentral online account in a browser window displaying a list of your recordings that you’ve saved to the cloud.
- Local recordings: A list of your recordings that are stored on your computer. This tab is available only in the RingCentral desktop app.
