While in a RingCentral Video meeting on your phone, you can view the basic information of a participant without having to check their profile on the RingCentral app itself.
Viewing a participant’s profile
- While in a meeting, tap Participants.
- Tap the More button at the very right of a participant’s name.
- Tap View profile.
