Joining a RingCentral video meeting

You can join video meetings from the
RingCentral
desktop, web, and mobile apps, as well as from RingCentral Rooms or a web browser.

Make sure to connect your calendar so that scheduled meetings appear in
RingCentral
. You’ll receive a notification when it’s time to join a scheduled meeting.

Where do you want to join a video meeting?

Joining a
RingCentral
video meeting in the desktop and web app

  1. In the navigation bar, click
    Video
    .
  2. Your upcoming meetings are displayed by default. Hover over any upcoming meeting and click
    Join
    to enter, or click
    Join
    at the top of the page (a) and enter the meeting number or name.
  3. Click the three-dot
    More
    icon next to any meeting to:
    • Dial in
      : Select an available phone number to dial in to the meeting using audio only.
    • Connect team
      : Send a message to the meeting participants in a new or existing team chat.
    • Copy meeting link and info
      : Copy the meeting’s join link and agenda.
    • Copy meeting info
      : Copy the meeting’s agenda and scheduling information.
    • View meeting details
      : Click to open the Meeting details window, which includes the meeting’s time and date, agenda, and participants. You can also use this window to forward the meeting invite, email all meeting participants, connect the team in chat, and join the meeting from a room.
    • Join from room
      : Join the video meeting from a
      RingCentral
      room. Select the room to join from, and if it’s available, it’ll connect to the meeting.

Click Join at the top or hover over a meeting, click Join. You can also hover over a meeting, and click the More icon to access other actions

Note
You can be in two meetings at the same time. If you try to join a third meeting, you’ll automatically disconnect from the first meeting you joined.
