Resolving launch meeting issue in Google Chrome

There is a current issue regarding clicking Launch meeting from a Chrome browser when you’ve previously checked the Don’t ask me again prompt.
 
This is most likely a browser caching issue. You can resolve this issue by clearing cookies and relaunching the meeting.

Clearing cookies on Google Chrome

  1. Enter “chrome://settings/siteData” using your Google Chrome browser.
  2. Type “rcm” in the Search cookies field, then click Remove.
  3. Type “meetings.ringcentral.com”, then click Remove.
