Enabling entry and exit tones in RingCentral Video on RingCentral mobile app

Enabling entry and exit tones for iOS and Android devices

  1. Navigate to Video via the bottom menu bar.
  2. Tap the three-dot icon at the top right.
  3. Tap Video meeting settings.

  1. Tap Entry and exit tones.

  1. Toggle on Play tones to enable entry and exit tones.
  2. Tap either On entry and exit or On entry only
Select Play tones options
  1. Toggle on any of the Play tones settings.
The Play tones settings available for you are listed below:
  • For new participants only: Toggle on to enable play tones when new participants join the meeting.
  • Suppress tones after 10 participants: Toggle on to automatically stop play tones after 10 participants join the meeting.
  • When my connection is broken or restored: Toggle on to get a notification tone once your internet connection stops and when it’s restored.
