Viewing upcoming and past webinars

You can view your upcoming and past webinars in the RingCentral app by accessing the Webinar menu via the left navigation bar. Depending on how your navigation bar is customized, you may need to click More > Webinar to access this menu. You can customize your menu tabs for easier access to Webinar.
 
If you can’t find Webinar from the RingCentral app:

Viewing upcoming webinars

  1. Go to Webinar via the left navigation bar. Under My Webinars on the left, the Upcoming tab is the default selected tab.
  2. Hover over the webinar or use the Filter webinars search box on the top right to find the webinar you want to view, then click the View or edit webinar details pencil icon at the far right.
Upcoming webinars
  1. On the webinar details page, you can view the following cards.
    1. Date and time: You can edit the date, time, duration, time zone, and webinar prep session option via this card.
    2. Hosts & panelists: Click Edit on the right of Cohosts or Panelists to add or remove invitations.
    3. Attendees: Copy attendee join link, preview invite, download invitation, and invite attendees using Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook.
    4. Webinar settings: Manage your webinar settings, including security settings, webinar room settings, and interaction settings.

Viewing past webinars

  1. Go to Webinar via the left navigation bar.
  2. Select the Past tab under My Webinars on the left.
  3. Hover over the webinar or use the search box on the top right to find the webinar you want to view, then click the Details icon at the far right.
Past webinars
  1. On the webinar details page, you can view the webinar settings used, download the attendees’ data, manage your webinar recording, and download the Q&A data.
