Using attendee in-webinar controls in the RingCentral app
for desktop and web

As an attendee in a webinar, you’ll have access to a variety of in-webinar controls so you can get the most out of the session.
You can access the in-webinar controls in the bottom menu during a webinar.
Attendee in-webinar controls
  • Webinar details: Click the (i) icon at the bottom left to view webinar details, such as the webinar's name, and the names of the host, cohost(s), and panelists. 
  • Audio: Select which speaker to use, test your audio, and set your volume level.  
  • Q&A: If the host has enabled a Q&A session, click Q&A to participate in it. 
  • Polls: If the host has enabled polls, click Polls to participate in it.
  • Leave: Leave the webinar.
