Rejoining a webinar after opening other apps on your iOS device
If the audio in RingCentral Webinar drops out when you open another app that uses audio or video:
Refresh the page, if you’ve joined from your mobile browser.
Leave and rejoin the webinar, if you’ve joined from the RingCentral mobile app.
Rejoining a webinar after moving the RingCentral mobile app to the background on your Android or iOS device
If the audio in RingCentral Webinar drops out when you put the RingCentral mobile app in the background, leave and rejoin the webinar from the app.
