Setting up app integrations in the RingCentral app | RingCentral app
The RingCentral App Gallery houses different kinds of apps that work with RingCentral and its services. Every app in RingCentral is different, so how it is installed depends entirely upon the app itself. Publishers of the app are responsible for providing installation instructions. To install an app, go to the RingCentral App Gallery and then to the app’s profile page to learn how to install it.
- Sign in to the RingCentral App Gallery.
- On the Home page, search for the app you want to download and install in the Search apps field at the top. You can also scroll through listings under the Discover apps, Products, and Categories sections in the left navigation pane.
- When you have selected an app, you will see a download or an install button on its page. A link to installation instructions may also be available on the page or scroll to the Helpful links.
RingCentral does not provide support for third party apps. If you cannot find instructions or need help, contact the developer or publisher of the app directly through their support system.
There is, however, one type of app that can be installed into RingCentral directly from the App Gallery. This app is called an “add-in” or “bot.” Learn more about RingCentral add-ins.
