Creating an event in the RingCentral mobile app

Last updated on June 14, 2022
Events are a way for you and your co-workers to keep track of what’s happening within the team and the company. This can be useful in situations, such as when you want to see when someone will be out of the office and unavailable.

You can create an event in any conversations in which you can post, including direct messages, group conversations, and team conversations.

When an event has been created, you can view and manage it:
  • In a conversation via the Message menu.
  • Under the Events tab in a direct message, group conversation, or team conversation.
