You can use the search bar at the top right-hand side of the Messages menu in the RingCentral mobile app to look for any of the following:

Conversation (chat and text)
Contacts
Settings related to:
- Message
- Video
- Phone notifications
- Connected accounts
- Themes
- Data and storage

Using the search bar in the Messages menu

Navigate to Message via the bottom menu bar.
Tap the Search icon at the top.
Select a tab you want to search in, then enter a keyword.

For example, if you’d like to configure an @mentions notification, you’ll be redirected to the Notifications settings when you tap the search result.

Messages: Search direct, group, and team messages.
Contacts: Search coworkers and guests.
Settings: Search for specific settings you’d like to configure.
