RingCentral
Scheduler has compatibility issues with Windows 8 Outlook (desktop version).
Exchange
Supports Exchange Online
Supports Exchange Server 2013, 2016, and 2019 (on-premises)
Browsers (default)
Latest version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Firefox
Modern Outlook UI when connected to Exchange Online: Microsoft 365 subscription or Outlook.com. No Outlook client app version is required.

Operating System
MacOS v10.10 Yosemite, or later versions
Outlook for Mac
To be installed as an add-in included as part of Microsoft 365 subscription.
No additional browser dependency needed. Outlook for Mac uses WebKit™ as a layout engine to render add-in pages.
