Accessing, managing, and sending voicemail messages

When you miss a phone call and the caller leaves a message, voicemails can be accessed in the
RingCentral
app, the Admin Portal, and by calling in using a different phone. You can reply to messages, record, and forward voicemails to multiple users without ringing the recipient’s phone. When forwarding a voicemail, you can add an introductory message for context.

You can create a custom voicemail greeting and voicemail transcripts and summaries are available if you’ve turned on voicemail-to-text.

Where do you want to access and manage your voicemail messages?
