Live Reports Ownership | RingEX

Last updated on March 6.2023
Live Reports lets a current user take ownership of a dashboard from another user who has been deleted from the system. When a user has been removed from the account, their public Live Reports dashboards can be claimed by another user and made available to other Live Reports users.

Deleted users’ dashboards appear in the All and Without owner tabs  in the dashboard name dropdown field. They are marked with a hand-and-key icon.

Note: The Without owner tab only appears when unowned dashboards are available to be claimed.
