Adding quick contacts in the RingCentral app desktop and web

With the Quick contacts feature, you have a dedicated place to easily access your most frequent contacts. By adding people to your quick contacts list, you don’t have to search for them whenever you need to contact them.

Adding contacts to Quick contacts via Contacts

  1. Go to Contacts via the left navigation bar.
  2. Click on Quick contacts tab from the left pane.

  1. Click Add Quick contacts.

  1. Enter the names or email addresses of the contacts you want to add, then click Add.

Note: Guests and contacts that don’t have a phone number or are from 3rd party sources like Google or Microsoft cannot be added to a quick contact.

Removing contacts from Quick contacts via Contacts

  1. Go to Contacts via the left navigation bar.
  2. Click on Quick contacts tab from the left pane.
  3. There are two ways you remove a contact from the Quick contacts tab.
Select the contact you want to remove, then toggle off Quick contact.

Note: You can also add a contact by toggling on Quick contact.

Accessing Quick contacts

After adding people to your Quick contacts list, you can access their profiles from the top of the All contacts tab. You have access to the first 10 quick contacts, and if you want to access more, you can click Manage.
