As a host, you invite additional cohost(s) to your RingCentral Webinar while it’s running. When they join, they’re added as panelist(s), not cohost(s).
Resolution
You can promote participant(s) with incorrect role(s) to cohost(s).
During a webinar, click Participants.
Hover over the name of the panelist you want to promote to cohost, then click the More icon.
Select Promote to cohost.
The panelist will receive a prompt that they have been promoted to cohost, and their profile will receive a crown icon.
