The following are the recommended system requirement specifications for the RingCentral Engage Digital platform.

Engage Digital browser requirements

For agents and administrators, use the following versions of browsers:

* Mozilla Firefox: Latest version and its predecessor
* Google Chrome: Latest version and its predecessor
* Apple Safari: Latest version and its predecessor
* Microsoft Edge: Latest version and its predecessor

The rest of the system requirements apply to all users.

Engage Digital operating system requirements

Use a computer with an operating system that supports a compatible browser.

Engage Digital RAM requirements

Use a computer with at least 4GB of system memory.

Engage Digital screen resolution requirements

Use a monitor that has a resolution that is at least 1,024 pixels wide.

Engage Digital internet requirements

Connect to the Engage Digital platform using an internet connection with a speed of at least 1Mbps.
