  • Auto-answer calls
    • Increase efficiency while using the desktop app by having your calls answered automatically. You won't need to press a button. Your calls can be connected immediately or after ringing for a period of time that you select. 
  • Email notification for texts
    • Now you can use the app to choose to get email notifications when you receive text messages.
  • New audio notification options
    • We've added sound notifications for text messages and faxes, as well as the ability to turn all your sound notifications on or off with one click.
  • Dialed number displayed
    • When calls come in, and while you're talking, you can now see which of your numbers the caller dialed to reach you.
  • Share recordings right away
    • In the desktop app, hosts can now share meeting recordings with others even before they are finished being processed.
  • Warning added for E2EE meetings
    • We've added a warning when scheduling End-to-end encrypted meetings reminding hosts that there is a limit of 50 participants.

  • Meeting history now available
    • Looking for a list of your past meetings - even the ones that weren't recorded? Now the Video tab in the RingCentral desktop app includes a list of all your past meetings. Click on one to get more meeting info, like the  list of participants, transcript, keywords, and more.
  • Exchange on-premises integration
    • If your company uses Exchange, you can now sync meetings between RingCentral and your calendar.  This will make it easier to schedule new meetings or view and join upcoming meetings directly from your calendar.
  • Edited tag on messages
    • When a message has been changed, an Edited tag will appear next to the message. Everyone in the conversation will be able to see that the message has been edited.
  • Adding people to a conversation
    • It's now easier to select whether to turn a conversation into a team (to keep the chat history) or to start a brand new chat.
  • Automatically adjust mic volume        
    • Set your microphone to adjust the volume to match others on the call automatically.
