Video control for meeting moderators
Ask all participants to turn on their camera
Turn off all participants’ camera (but still the participants are allowed to turn back on)
Turn off all participants’ camera and disallow anyone to turn it on.
Assign moderator before leaving the meeting
When leaving the meeting, Rooms user, if is the last moderator of a meeting, will now be prompted with a real-time updating list of participants that can be assigned as moderator to continue managing the meeting.
New Toolbar for Meeting Participant Management
In the meeting participant list, the previous textual controls are now visually appealing icons, and well grouped per usage frequency and function category.
