What's New
When the recording URL is shared with the webinar participants, they will get an option to view the webinar recording in the native RingCentral app or in the web browser.
When the webinar participants join a webinar session, their audio volume will be set to 100% as a default. When they join a webinar on a web browser, each tab on the browser will be cached separately and the audio volume will be set to 100% as a default on each tab.
Usability improvements
Auto-scroll to the newest or oldest question in Q&A depending on how you have sorted the list.
When a webinar participant sets the audio volume to 0, a tooltip will inform them that they muted the sound of the webinar and they can increase the volume to hear the webinar audio.
Bug fixes
The waiting music that the attendees hear when they join a webinar will end right when the host starts the webinar to allow attendees to start viewing it immediately.
Attendees will be able to join a webinar successfully via RingCentral Rooms on Poly X50 devices.
The attendee list for panelists who join webinars on Android devices will now update automatically.
