Using the Quality vs Volume widget 

This widget monitors the volume of video meetings or calls over the timeframe you selected in your Date Range filter, and shows how the volume affects quality. This helps prioritize support decisions based on volume and assess whether your infrastructure efficiently supports current use volume. For example, there might be a certain time of day with peak volume and diminished quality.
