Assigning Webinar licenses to users

RingCentral Webinar is a RingCentral Video add-on that lets you host virtual events and online training with up to 10,000 attendees. After purchasing a RingCentral Webinar license, you can assign or re-assign it to users who need to host webinars.
Note: You can only purchase RingCentral Webinar licenses through your online account if you’ve previously purchased or currently own RingCentral Meetings Webinar license(s). If you don’t own RingCentral Meetings Webinar licenses, you will need to contact RingCentral support to purchase RingCentral Webinar licenses.
Assigning RingCentral Webinar licenses
- Go to Admin Portal and sign in.
- Click Billing from the top menu.
- Click Meetings > Webinar in the left panel.
- Click on the Actions three-dot icon at the far right of the Webinar license, then select Assign.
- Select the user you want to assign the license to, then click Assign.
Note: The assigned user will receive an activation link in their email. When they open the link, they will need to authenticate their RingCentral credentials before being redirected to the RingCentral Webinar Host Portal.
Unassigning a RingCentral Webinar license
- Go to Admin Portal and sign in.
- Click Billing from the top menu.
- Click Meetings > Webinar in the left panel.
- Click on the Actions three-dot icon at the far right of the Webinar license, then select Unassign.
Note: The unassigned RingCentral Webinar license can be reassigned to another user.
