Downloading your company’s user list

You can download and save a list of your RingCentral account user's information at any time.
User’s information includes, but isn’t limited to:
- Basic info (name, email address, user extension, etc.)
- Company info (job title, department, office site)
- Location (shipping address, emergency address, etc.)
Note: Your download won’t include any settings configured by your users. These may include custom voicemail greetings, call forwarding settings, etc.
- Sign in to the Admin Portal as an admin.
- Select Users from the top menu.
- Go to Users List > Users with Extensions.
- Select Download User List at the far right.
Note: Depending on your view, you may have to click More > Download User List.
- Select where you want to save the file and complete the download. The file will save as an XLS file.
