Overview dashboard filtering 

The Quality of Service Overview page defaults to data for Today, allowing you to monitor quality in near real-time. Filters are also available to let you tailor your report by a variety of criteria. The filters are located beneath the top navigation bar. They are dropdown fields that let you choose the data you want the report to show.

Use the dropdown menus in each filter to select for:
  • Date Range: select either a preset range or choose a range going back as far as six months. 
  • Locations: use checkboxes to select any number of locations to be included in the report. You can also use the search field to search by country, state, city, or IP address.
  • Endpoints: checkboxes let you choose one or more endpoints to be included in the report. You can also use the search field to directly input your criteria.
  • Network Types: checkboxes let you choose one or more network types to be included in the report. You can also use the search field to directly input your criteria.
  • ISPs: use checkboxes to select any number of ISPs to be included in the report. You can also use the search field to find an ISP.
  • Video Activities or Call Results: depending on the Video/Phone toggle setting, you will see either details for your choice of video activities used in meetings or results of call activity options.
For multi-site enabled accounts only:
  • Site: use checkboxes to select any number of Sites data to be included in the report. Note: for multi-site enabled accounts only.
