You can submit feedback, issues you’ve encountered, feature improvement ideas, and new feature requests in the Resource Center in the RingCentral app for desktop and web.
Reporting an issue on the RingCentral app
From the left navigation bar, go to Resource Center > Feedback.
Click Report issue.
Select the product category for your issue from the dropdown.
Explain your issue in the text box. You can attach a screenshot by clicking the paperclip icon.
Click Send.
Submitting a feature idea on the RingCentral app
From the left navigation bar, go to Resource Center > Feedback.
Click Share ideas. You will be redirected to the Ideas Portal.
Before submitting a new request, review whether others have made the same suggestion. Under Filter by Category, select the relevant product category.
Scroll through the list of submitted feature requests, then vote for the one that matches your need.
If you don’t find the feature request you’re interested in, you can submit a new one by clicking Add a new Idea at the top left.
Select the product for which you’d like to submit an idea. Choose between RingCentral Mobile or desktop and web app.
