Installing RingCentral for Hubspot

RingCentral for Hubspot is a Google Chrome extension that provides seamless integration between Hubspot and RingCentral. Users can install the extension when admins have authenticated Hubspot for their company.

Installing RingCentral for Hubspot 

  1. Go to Google Chrome web store.
  2. On the far right, click Add to Chrome
  3. Click Add extension on the popup window.
  4. When the installation is complete, open RingCentral for Hubspot in your Chrome browser.  
  5. Click Sign in and enter your credentials.
  6. Confirm your emergency address.
  7. Select the Hubspot account you would like to sign in.
  8. Click I Accept to sign in to the RingCentral Hubspot app.
When there is no authenticated Hubspot account to connect, you will see the page below.
Not authenticated account
Please check if
  • the email address you use to log in to RingCentral app is the same one you use to sign in to Hubspot;
  • you have access to the Hubspot account you would like to connect in Hubspot.
If your answers are “Yes” to the two verifications, click on Sign out and contact your Hubspot admin to connect the Hubspot account(s) with the RingCentral app. After the admin successfully connected the Hubspot account with RingCentral, you can try to sign in to RingCentral for Hubspot again. See Authenticating RingCentral for Hubspot to learn how to authenticate Hubspot accounts. 
 
First-time users will see welcome pages. Click Next to go through the welcome pages, and you will be redirected to the Setting page.

If you see the Web Phone Unavailable error on the top right corner, grant your Chrome browser access to your microphone. You can click the spinning circle icon on the upper right corner to dismiss the error message.
