Getting a white screen when launching the RingCentral app

This article explains how to troubleshoot when you get a white screen when launching the RingCentral app.
Issue
When launching the RingCentral desktop app, it opens a blank white screen.
Resolution
This is caused by cache, or stored data, that has been corrupted.
To clear your cache:
Open the RingCentral desktop app.
Press the key combination
Ctrl + Shift + D
(
Command + Shift + D
on MacOS) to reveal the Development menu.
Go to
Development > Toggle DevTools
.
At the top of the DevTools window, click
>>
for additional options. Then, select
Application
.
From the menu on the left select
Storage > Clear site data
.
Restart the RingCentral app.
