Call recording in the RingCentral desktop app

With the call recording feature of the RingCentral desktop and web app, you can:

Recording a call

While on an active call, tap the More button, and then tap Record.
More and record button

Stopping a call recording

  1. While on an active call, tap the More button.
  2. Tap Stop recording
  3. Tap Stop.
More and stop record button

Pausing or resuming a call recording

While on an active call, tap the More button, and then tap Pause recording.
More and pause record button
To resume recording a call, tap the More button, and then tap Resume recording

Note: Your admin needs to enable automatic call recording for this feature to work.
