Integrating RingCentral Rooms with Google Calendar

When you integrate RingCentral Rooms with Google Calendar, the conference room's TV display, controller, and scheduling display will show the scheduled meetings for the room. Users can easily schedule a meeting in a room by inviting the room to the meeting, and can also start and join meetings in the room with a few taps.
 
Note: Admin access to your corporate Google account is required.

Integrating RingCentral Rooms with Google Calendar

  1. Log in to Google Calendar using your corporate account.
  2. Click the plus sign next to Other calendars, then click Browse resources.

  1. Navigate to Other, then select your corporate Google account.
  2. Open a new tab, navigate to the RingCentral Admin Portal, and log in as an admin. 
  3. Navigate to Meetings via the top bar.
  4. Select Rooms > Calendars from the left pane.
  5. Click Add Calendars at the far right, then select Google Calendar.
  6. Sign in to Google using your corporate account.
  7. Authorize RingCentral Video by clicking Allow.
  8. Check the calendar service.

  1. View the Google calendar room to which you have subscribed by clicking the link below Account.

  1. Navigate to the Rooms List tab, then click Add Room.
  2. Enter the room name, then associate it with the Google Calendar room. Click Finish.
