Signing in to RingCentral Rooms on a controller or host device

Launch the RingCentral Rooms app.
Pair the RingCentral Rooms host device and controller.
Click or tap the Sign-in button.
Select your preferred sign-in method from the login page. Options include:
1. Sign in
2. Enter activation code

Signing in options

Your sign in options include:

Sign in: Use this method to sign in:
- RingCentral login form: Using your RingCentral credentials.
- Google: Using your Google account credentials.
- Single Sign-on: Using your Single Sign-on credentials (if Single Sign-on has been enabled for your account).
Enter activation code: By allowing another user to sign in to your account without using your login information.

Note: Ensure the host device and controller are paired up. Learn how to pair your host device and controller.

Signing in using the RingCentral sign-in form

Enter your RingCentral email or phone number.
Select or tap the Next button.
If you logged in using your phone number, enter your extension number in the Extension (optional) field.

Note: You may need to specify your extension if you are sharing a phone number.

Log in using the RingCentral sign-in form

Enter your password.
Click or tap Sign in.

Signing in using your Google account

If you have logged in previously with your Google account credentials, select your Google account from the login page to log in automatically.

If this is your first time logging in with your Google account:

Enter your Google email address or phone number.

Click the Next button.
Enter your password.
Click Next to access a page that will request access to your Google account.
Click Allow to sign in.

Note: If your Google account has been provisioned with Google Workspace, you may be redirected to the Google Workspace login page. Enter your login credentials, then click Sign In. Read Enable Google Cloud Directory in the RingCentral Online Account to learn more.

Signing in using Single Sign-on

Click the Single Sign-on button.
Enter your email.
Click Submit to be redirected to the RingCentral Single Sign-on page.

Enter your Username and Password.
Click Sign in.

Signing in using Enter activation code

Click Enter activation code.

Open your browser to sign in to the RingCentral Admin Portal.
Click Meetings from the top bar.
Select Rooms > Rooms List.
Click on the room you’d like to use.
Click Get New Activation Code.
Copy the Activation Code and paste it into the host device or controller.
Click Done.
