Inviting others to join a RingCentral Video meeting on
desktop and web | RingCentral Video

- Navigate to Video via the left-hand navigation bar.
- Select Start.
- Choose how you’d like to join the meeting audio.
- Click Invite via the bottom menu bar.
- Select how you’d like to invite the user.
Meeting invite options
When you’re inviting a user to your current RingCentral Video meeting, you’ll have the following invitation options:
- Copy meeting link: Copy the meeting URL and send it to other people.
- Copy meeting invite: Copy the meeting invitation and send it to other people.
- Invite by phone: Enter a phone number, and then click Call. The attendee will then join the meeting as an audio call.
- Invite by email: This opens up your default email app with the meeting details in the message field. Enter email address(es) in the To field, and then send.
