Sharing a meeting link on the RingCentral mobile app

You can easily copy a meeting link and share it to your meeting attendees. Note: Participants who join the meeting by clicking the meeting link can automatically join without the meeting password.
Copying the meeting link before a meeting
- Tap Video at the bottom menu bar.
- Tap the three-dot icon at far right of scheduled meeting.
- Tap Copy meeting URL.
- Share the meeting link by email, text message, or by any other means of messaging. Note: You can also copy a meeting URL for meetings scheduled with RingCentral Video.
Copying the meeting link during a meeting
- Tap the circle with an ‘i’ icon at top left.
- Under Meeting details at the bottom of the screen, tap the two boxes icon to the right of the meeting URL.
- Share the meeting link by email, text message, or by any other means of messaging.
