Starting your webinar

RingCentral Webinar allows you to present information to 100 participants max using the familiar RingCentral experience. When you want to go live, you can start your scheduled webinar from the RingCentral app. 
 
You’ll need to create a webinar before you can host a session. If you haven’t scheduled a webinar, see Scheduling a webinar to learn how.
 
Where do you want to start your webinar?
Desktop & web
Mobile
  1. In the left navigation bar, click Webinar > Upcoming.
  2. Click Start next to the webinar you want to begin. It will launch as a prep session for cohosts and panelists to join. Note: Attendees will wait in the lobby.

  1. Click Go Live at the bottom right corner to start the webinar. Once you go live, attendees will automatically join the webinar.

  1. In the bottom menu, tap Video.
  2. Click Join next to the name of the webinar you want to start.

  1. Tap Go live at the upper right.
