Downloading Q&A data

As a host, you can access a webinar’s Q&A report once your webinar has ended. You can download a list, in CSV format, of all of the written questions and answers submitted during the webinar.
  1. In the RingCentral app, go to Webinar > Past in the left navigation bar.
  2. Find the name of the webinar whose Q&A data you want to download. You can also hover over the name of the webinar and click the eye icon.

  1. On the next screen, locate the Q&A card and click its download icon.

The data in the Q&A report will be sorted into nine columns:

  • Questions: The specific questions asked during the webinar.
  • Asked by: Names of the askers.
  • Asker's email: Email address of the askers.
  • Time asked: Timestamps for each question, in the format time / date / time zone.
  • Upvotes: The total number of likes for each question.
  • Answers: The text of the typed answer to a question, or one of several response-action tags. Response-action tags are:
    • Answered live
    • Dismissed
    • Duplicate
    • Not answered
    • Waiting for follow-up
  • Answered by: Names of the people who answered the question.
  • Answerer's email: Email addresses of the people who participated.
  • Time answered: Timestamps for each answer, in the format time / date / time zone.
