Inviting cohosts and panelists to a RingCentral Webinar

You can invite both cohosts and panelists to present in your RingCentral Webinar. You can invite up to 99 cohosts and panelists to a webinar.

Inviting webinar cohosts or panelists from your RingCentral Contacts list

Webinar cohosts can only be employees of your organization. Panelists can be coworkers or guests outside your organization. To invite panelists more easily, we recommend that you connect RingCentral to your organization’s Microsoft or Google account.

  1. Select
    Webinar
    (1) in the navigation bar.
  2. On the
    Upcoming
    tab (a), hover over the name of your webinar and click the
    Edit
    (pencil) icon (b).

  3. On the
    Hosts & panelists
    card, click
    Invite cohosts and panelists
    .

  4. Click
    Cohosts
    or
    Panelists
    (a), then click
    Invite
    (b).
  5. Enter the names or email addresses of the cohosts or panelists, then click
    Add
    .

    Note: A cohost must be a part of your organization’s RingCentral account. To add users to your organization’s account, read more about Getting started with a RingCentral Webinar account.

  6. Click
    Send now
    or
    Send later
    . The
    Send later
    option is useful if you have a group of cohosts in mind but haven’t finalized the list.

Importing a list of panelists

Note: To import panelists from an existing list, the list must be in CSV format. See
Step 7
to learn how to use a CSV template.

  1. Select
    Webinar
    in the left navigation bar.
  2. On the
    Upcoming
    tab under
    My Webinars
    , hover over the name of the scheduled webinar and click the
    View or edit webinar details
    icon.
  3. On the
    Hosts & panelists
    card, click
    Invite cohosts and panelists
    .
  4. Go to the
    Panelists
    tab and click
    Invite
    .
  5. Click
    Import from CSV
    .

  6. Click
    Upload a file
    , locate the relevant CSV file on your computer, then click
    Open
    .
  7. If you don’t have the file ready yet, click
    Download template
    . Fill out the template, then save the file and upload it. Your CSV document must use the following format:
    1. First column
      : First name
    2. Second column
      : Last name
    3. Third column
      : Email address
  8. Click
    Import
    , then select
    Send now
    or
    Send later
    .
