You can invite webinar panelists to present using audio, video, or screen-sharing. You can invite up to 99 cohosts and panelists to a webinar. You can also invite a RingCentral Room as panelist.
Inviting cohosts via your RingCentral Contacts list
Select Webinar in the left navigation bar.
On the Upcoming tab under My Webinars, hover over the name of your webinar and click the pencil icon.
On the Hosts & panelists card, click Invite cohosts and panelists.
Click Cohosts, then click Invite.
Enter the name(s) or email address(es) of the people you want to add as cohost(s), then click Add.
Note: A cohost must be a part of your organization’s RingCentral account.
Click Send now or Send later. The Send later option is useful if you have a group of cohosts in mind but haven’t finalized the list.
Inviting panelists
Select Webinar in the left navigation bar.
On the Upcoming tab under My Webinars, hover over the scheduled webinar and click the View or edit webinar details icon.
On the Hosts & panelists card, click Invite cohosts and panelists.
Go to the Panelist tab and click Invite.
Enter the name(s) of the people, Room name(s), or Room email(s) you want to add as panelist(s). To invite panelists who aren’t part of your company, add their email addresses.
Click Send now or Send later.
Importing a list of panelists
Note: To import panelists from an existing list, the list must be in CSV format. See Step 7 to learn how to use a CSV template.
Select Webinar in the left navigation bar.
On the Upcoming tab under My Webinars, hover over the name of the scheduled webinar and click the View or edit webinar details icon.
On the Hosts & panelists card, click Invite cohosts and panelists.
Go to the Panelist tab and click Invite.
Click Import from CSV.
Click Upload a file, locate the relevant CSV file on your computer, then click Open.
If you don’t have the file ready yet, click Download template. Fill out the template, then save the file and upload it. Your CSV document must use the following format:
